The Counter LED Display shows both the counter number and the current queue number. Each counter should have its own display, allowing visitors to easily track their turn.
To prevent confusion between queue and counter numbers, queue digits are displayed in bold, while counter digits appear in thinner characters.
High-brightness RGB dot-matrix LED displays are used for clear visibility.
When a new call is made, the display flashes to attract attention and then remains steady until the next call or for a configurable duration. Flash duration and repetition can be adjusted via the kiosk computer. These counter displays serve as the visual units of the system, ensuring a modern and professional appearance.
